Electronia (Pty) Ltd supplies ENERGICA electric motorcycles, VOLQEN electric golf carts, TOTAL power tools, accessories and related products throughout South Africa.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability, confirmation of specifications and payment arrangements. Prices, VAT and applicable delivery charges will be disclosed before an order is finalised.

Imported Products – ENERGICA & VOLQEN

ENERGICA electric motorcycles are imported from Italy and VOLQEN electric golf carts from China. These products may be ordered specifically for customers and are subject to manufacturing, international shipping, customs clearance and delivery schedules.

Estimated arrival dates will be communicated to customers and may change due to circumstances beyond Electronia's reasonable control. Customers will be notified of material changes.

Locally Supplied Products – TOTAL Tools

TOTAL Tools products are sourced through our South African supplier. Availability and delivery are subject to confirmed local stock.

Shipping & Delivery

Imported ENERGICA motorcycles and VOLQEN golf carts are delivered following arrival in South Africa, customs clearance and completion of applicable import requirements.

TOTAL Tools products are dispatched through available local courier services, subject to confirmed stock.

Delivery costs and estimated timeframes will be communicated before orders are finalised. Customers may select available collection or delivery options where applicable.

Delivery arrangements and any material delays will be communicated to customers. All statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

General Conditions

Customers must confirm their selected models, specifications, colours and accessories before placing an order.

All purchases remain subject to Electronia's Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable South African consumer legislation.
